How long does the design process take?
The design process timeline varies depending on the scope and complexity of the project. As an example, for a 10-style proposal, it typically takes about a week to produce the initial drafts.
Do we need to provide our own measurement chart?
You’re welcome to provide your own measurement chart if you have one. However, if you don’t have one, our experienced pattern maker can create one based on your requirements for your approval.
What is your minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity depends on the product and fabric. As a general guideline, we require a minimum of 600 pieces per color and 1200 pieces per style.
How long does it take from order placement to delivery?
The timeline for order fulfillment depends on the product and production location. Once the sample is approved, it typically takes a minimum of 8 weeks to complete production, not including shipping time. Please contact us for more specific information regarding your order.
Can changes be made during production?
Changes can be made until the final proto sample has been approved, after which only small changes/adjustments can be made.
